Can You Help?
Families and Individuals are needed to help LGBT young adults thrive!
HOW?
You would be matched with a young person living independently, and help them with social, emotional and day-to-day living support.
The young person would also receive housing and independent living assistance from trained specialists.
You would work with - and be supported by - Pathfinders, the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center, Lad Lake, & St. Aemilian-Lakeside.
Many of our young adults have no family to sustain and nurture them…
