Understanding the LGBT Community
This program is designed as an LGBT sensitivity training initiative. Developed for veterans organizations working towards a more diverse organization.
The program was originally developed by the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado to increase awareness and acceptance of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students. Vets Do Ask Do Tell, Inc. reviewed the program and modified it as an awareness program to increase awareness and acceptance of LGBT veterans.
